Dr Nathan Woolley, curator of Celestial Empire, introduces the religious landscape under the Qing dynasty, and some of the texts it produced.

Nathan Woolley is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Australian Centre on China in the World, within the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific. His research focusses on the role of religion in regional Chinese history.
