The Sydney China Business Forum, now in its sixth year, is the flagship event for the University of Sydney’s China Studies Centre. This year’s forum, to be held on 24 October, is themed ‘Innovation, Disruption and Rebalancing of China’s Economy’.
The event will bring together more than 300 high-profile entrepreneurs and academics, as well as government representatives from China and Australia, who will discuss issues at the heart of China’s transforming economy. Based on their different perspectives, Australian and Chinese speakers will provide unique case studies, insight into critical topics and their views on the way forward in light of the changes to China’s economy. They will also offer predictions for the future, explore risks and discuss solutions, and provide recommendations. The Forum will include a daytime forum with networking lunch and tea breaks, followed by evening networking drinks and a gala dinner.
