ASAA Conference 2016

ASAA Logo Red Black-200x75The Australian National University (ANU) is proud to host the 2016 Biennial Conference of the Asian Studies Association of Australia (ASAA). The conference will be held on the ANU campus in Canberra between Tuesday, 5 July and Thursday, 7 July 2016, with a postgraduate workshop on Monday, 4 July 2016. The conference is open to all scholars, students and members of the general public with an interest in research on Asia covering all academic disciplines. The convenors are especially keen to promote participation by international scholars.

The conference organisers invite submission of proposals for panels and individual papers from scholars, students and others conducting research on Asia across the full range of academic disciplines. Panel and individual paper proposals should be submitted by Friday, 8 April 2016, 5pm (AEST) using the templates provided on the website.
